We realize that you have probably just arrived, but “departure” comes before “pharmacy” in the alphabet, so we explain it first here.
On the day of your departure, we ask that you check out by 10 a.m. Simply contact us briefly (cell phone +49 175-5656 924), and we will come to the house to say goodbye.
Would you like to stay until 6 p.m. on the day of your departure? Contact us. If no new guests are arriving on the same day, we offer a late check-out upgrade.

The following rules will help make your stay harmonious. We have also listed some guidlines that we hope you will understand. By treating the apartment properly, you help us to be able to offer you and other guests a pleasant stay in the future.
General
If you miss anything in the facility or if you need help, please do not hesitate to contact us. Everything that is in the holiday apartment or belongs to it, including anything on the balcony or terrace, may and should be used by guests. Please handle all furnishings and inventory carefully and treat the rental property with care. Please ensure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions.
Kitchen
We ask you to handle the kitchen equipment and technical devices with care. Since a dirty kitchen does not please anyone, please only put clean and dry dishes, pots, and cutlery in the cupboards. Please do not place hot pots and other hot items on the tables or countertop without coasters. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of the microwave in a clean condition.
Damage
Nobody deliberately damages things, but it can always happen to anyone accidentally. We would be pleased if you would inform us of the damage when it occurs so that we do not discover it after your departure. This will help us prepare for future renters. The tenant is liable for the damage in the amount of the replacement costs.
Ventilation
We ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently. Please open the windows at least once per day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering
Disposal
Waste should be separated into residual waste, glass, paper, and packaging with the green dot. Corresponding containers are available on the property. Please only use rubbish bins and cosmetic bins in the bathroom and make sure they are closed when you dispose of them in the residual waste bin. No waste, leftover food, harmful liquids, or similar things may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilets, wash basins, and showers! Avoid anything that can lead to clogging of the pipes (no hygiene items in the toilet).
Cleaning
Should you ever have a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to rectify this immediately. We ask you to leave the apartment swept clean on departure and to clean all used dishes and put them back in the cupboards.
Rest periods
In the interests of maintaining a good neighborhood, we ask you to observe public rest times such as lunch, night, and Sunday rest. Out of consideration, silence should also be kept in the apartment itself between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. or between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Internet / WLAN
A wireless internet connection (WLAN) is available free of charge in your holiday apartment/home. You will be given an access code on site. You use the Internet at your own risk. The landlord excludes any liability in connection with the tenant's use of the Internet.
Smoker
Smoking is not allowed in the holiday apartment/home. Please leave your apartment to smoke. Smoking a shisha is only permitted on your terrace if a suitable protection against falling embers can be installed. Please dispose of completely cooled cigarettes in the garbage can. Smoking inside the fencing of the swimming pond is not permitted.
BBQ
You are very welcome to use the grills available at the resort. Please use the barbecue area provided for this purpose.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Parking facilities
You may park directly in front of the apartment or in other public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. If a parking space is made available to you, this does not result in a custody contract. Except in the case of willful intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for loss of or damage to vehicles parked or maneuvered on the property or for their contents.
Domiciliary right
If repairs are necessary immediately, the landlord may need to enter the holiday home without the guest's knowledge.
Keys
Please do not lose your keys to the holiday apartment/home. A loss of keys must be reported immediately, and the guest is liable for the amount of the replacement costs.
Liability
The landlord is not liable for the guest's/guests' valuables.
Arrival and departure
The arrival takes place by arrangement. When you leave, your apartment should look the way you found it. By booking the holiday apartment, you agree to recognize and abide by the house rules.
Music
We ask you to listen to music in your apartment at a suitable volume. Please show consideration for your neighbors and small children.
Swimming pond
Use of the swimming pond is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children. The fence gate must always be closed and locked. Use is only permitted between 8.30 a.m. and 7.30 p.m. Jumping in from the side is not allowed.
